Here is Jacer not paying attention and talking to his good friend, Jaiden Overby. He was thrilled that Grampa and I were behind him, too. Thanks to Grampa for taking the pictures!!

Utah - May 2014

Gramma, Grampa, Mykala, and Jace all went up to Utah for Great Grandma Gwen's 90th birthday. I'm pretty sure I didn't get these pictures in the right order, but they're too good not to share.

Alicann did an excellent job!!

The kids sang songs for Gramma Gwen (Red Robin, I love you a bushel and a peck, etc.)

Evening of the Arts 2014

Mykala's turtle drawing!

This was an interesting night! They hung artwork by the kids in the classroom hallways and held a musical performance. I think Grampa got a video of the songs and I'm glad because I was unable to get a decent picture. Kala's good friend Abigail is standing next to her.

Unfortunately about half way through this performance, one little kid became ill (probably due to too much ice cream) and threw up on the bleachers. In the second picture, you can see the clearing where it happened.

Easter 2014

I love to watch this cactus bloom...the flowers are so big and vibrant for such a little thing. I think on its first bloom there were six.
