Mykala

Our little princess....and, boy, does she know it. She's 3 now and is absolutely crazy about her little brother. It's been difficult trying to keep her away from him.
Kala's lists of likes and interests could go on forever and are changing constantly. Right now her hobbies are singing, dancing, coloring, and watching movies. She's been huge into musicals lately and her favorite ones right now are Annie and The Sound of Music. She also loves the movie Bolt which offers a nice break for us!
She sings a lot, but I would have to say her favorite songs right now are "Do Re Mi" (which she calls "Doe a Deer"), "My Favorite Things" from The Sound of Music, and "Tomorrow" from the movie Annie. Dancing (which includes jumping and running) is a fairly new interest that upsets our neighbors, but is fun---thank you, Annie.

Jace

Here is the newest addition (like we're some kind of club): Jace Russell Lunceford, aka Jacer Speed Racer.
The pregnancy and his birth were very easy for me. I felt really good for most of the pregnancy and the C-section was probably one of the easiest things I've ever done. I was ready to go home not long after he was born...the nurses could hardly hold me down! :) The only unfortunate thing was that he got jaundice right as we were close to getting out of the hospital. He had to stay under lights for a couple days and they sent us home with a light blanket, so everything is good now.
He's about a month old in this picture and has a little bit of weight on him. His eyes have been a lot like Mykala's so far. They're right on that blue/brown line - every day they look different. (I can't wait to see if he is going to have blue eyes like his sister!)
So far it has been an adventure with two kids. We're trying to get the hang of it all while trying to keep our sanity. You may be visiting us in an asylum the next time you see us....
